PIX transfers can be disputed via the "Mecanismo Especial de Devolução" (MED). Contact your bank and cite the transaction's EndToEndId. Banks must investigate within 7 business days.
Card disputes: contact your bank (Itaú, Bradesco, Nubank, BTG) to initiate a chargeback (contestação). Boleto issues: open a dispute with the issuing bank directly.
